Apply For IMTS 2010 Exhibit Space

IMTS 2008 Exhibitor: Login to your E-Kit to apply for IMTS 2010 space and make your 10% deposit payment.

Not an Exhibitor: Use the following steps to apply:

1. Fill out a request form to generate the IMTS 2010 space application for you.
2. Print out the IMTS 2010 space application from the step above, sign it and fax it in.
3. If you are paying your IMTS 2010 10% deposit via online credit card click here.
4. Fax your application form to 703-827-5250.
   
   

Access Your Existing Space Application

If you have already completed your space application for IMTS 2010 and have your confirmation number you can access your information by clicking here.

Modifications to Space Application: If you have modifications for your Booth Space Application (increase or decrease booth space) please contact the Exhibition Sales staff (see Questions) to discuss. Modifications for payment can NOT be done online. If you have contact information changes then you can edit your Space Application and then print, sign and fax the form to IMTS.

Deadline Dates

IMTS 2010 applications with deposits postmarked by October 6, 2008, will be assigned first. New assignments will be made on a space available basis.

Applications for IMTS 2008 are no longer being accepted as of July 28, 2008.
